Payment
Payment is accepted by debit or credit card and is processed securely through SimplePractice, my HIPAA-compliant client portal. Payment is due at the time services are provided.

Insurance
Elizabeth Paine Counseling is a private pay practice and does not participate directly with insurance plans.

Practice Information
Elizabeth Paine Counseling is provided by Elizabeth Paine, P-LPC, under professional supervision in accordance with Mississippi licensure requirements.

Telehealth
Telehealth appointments are available by request. The client must be in Mississippi at the time of the appointment.

Confidentiality
Therapy is a private space, and what you share is kept confidential and is protected by law. There are a few limited exceptions required by law, such as concerns about immediate safety, suspected abuse or neglect, or certain legal requirements. We will review these together at the start of counseling so you understand the boundaries of confidentiality and can feel informed moving forward.

Cancellation
Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide 24 hours' notice. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice or missed appointments may be charged the full session fee. Exceptions may be made on a case by case basis.
